The more obvious one - that the unborn fetuses are grateful for her staunch pro-life stance. <br />But the better one is that a fetus would have the intellectual capability to profess their love and admiration for Sarah Palin. If you think about it, it's kind of a rip on the comparative intellectual abilities within the crowd. <br />Also it sounds oddly disgusting, in a zygotic, pre-natal kind of way.
