This parody is admittedly weak.  Just not much to work with. 

Brian Jonestown Massacre has played the Burgh three times.  Once in 2009 at the Rex Theatre on the South Side and the other two times at Mr. Small's in Millvale.

They return to the area on September 16.  The Globe Iron in Cleveland.

In other news, we saw Alabama Shakes last night at Stage AE.  Great show.  Plenty of energy.  Venue was packed.  Brittany Howard should ALWAYS sing "You'll Never Walk Alone."  

 

Regrettably, it's not part of her setlist for this tour.  It would make for a transcendant encore.
