Circumcised Pittsburgh native and B'nai B'rith Youth Organization multi-billionaire Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, just bought himself a little ghost town called Mustang.  

It's about an hour drive south of Big D.

 A short distance from Anus, er uh, Angus.  My bad.

Wilson Pickett played the Pittsburgh Civic Arena one time back in 1964.  He passed away at age 64 in 2006.  Never saw him perform.

However, I did have a relatively uneventful encounter with Mark Cuban back in 2016 at Heinz Field.  

As for his beloved Dallas Mavericks, I've never seen them play.  Perhaps one day.  But I doubt it.
