New Riders of the Purple Sage came to Pittsburgh 4 times back in the 1970's.  Fast forward to the summer of 2016, they performed at Moondog's in Blawnox.  Oh how the mighty have fallen.  Makes you wonder... who is the biggest rock'n'roll headliner to take the biggest fall.  Meaning from the arena/amphitheater circuit to the current theater/club circuit.  Yes undeservedly comes to mind.  Yes.
