California Governor Gavin Newsom defended himself admirably in the Republican-driven ill-fated recall which finally concluded last month.

 

That GOP stunt cost California taxpayers roughly $276 million dollars.  So I'm going to lump it in with the Big Lie 100. 

There aren't any photos of the Orange Prolapse with Larry Elder.  Maybe Orange really is the new black.

Primus showed up a few weeks ago in the Burgh.  They did not disappoint.  Never do.  A friend of ours took us out on his boat after the show concluded.  We tooled around The Point for a half hour around midnight.  Totally unexpected.  We had a couple of drinks, shot the shit, and then he dumped us back on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail and set sail for glorious Aspinwall.
