#1421. Tiffany Smiley

Tiffany Smiley, the Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Washington State, just launched a ridiculously disingenuous ad.  She opens with a claim that she's pro-life.  But then immediately states she opposes a federal abortion ban.

Someone needs to explain to this dumb cunt that you can't have it both ways.  And if you actually make it to the Senate, you will be held accountable for your vote... and the consequences of blatantly lying.  A nurse with three kids should know better.

Because when you live by the Orange Prolapse, you die by the Orange Prolapse.  Sword too for that matter.

Free advice:

The DNC needs to devise a term similar to "soccer moms."  A non-offensive label for all of the Republican women in the suburbs, many of whom have daughters... that will be "clandestinely or decidedly" voting against their senate and gubernatorial candidates due to their draconian positions on abortion and women's healthcare.  They need a term that encompasses the notion of being rational, pro-choice, empathetic, and non-extremist.  That's a lot of ground to cover.

So I'm thinking "mid-term moms."  Which carries with it the subtle notion of carrying a pregnancy.  The timing couldn't be any better.  Start getting voters acquainted with the term over Labor Day weekend.  The time to start developing this narrative is now.  Ahead of the November elections, not after.

Because when Republicans like Kari Lake, Doug Mastriano, and other swing state Republicunts lose by significant margins and then claim voter fraud, Democrats will need a sensible, simple, all encompassing, go-to explanation.

Dedicated to the sneakers of Smiley's opponent... Senator Patty Murray (D-WA).

The art of the deals
He’s stopping the steals
Tax cuts for the rich will be given
Proud Boys on the right
Trump’s orange not white
I just wish that he’d stop living

Big lie
Do not ask why
He’s got a coup d’etat plan

Not much of a man
Donald Trump’s small hands
What a big liar
Asshole’s growing older
Tiffany Smiley’s here
Tiffany Smiley’s queer
Fuck her whenever
Before her cunt gets colder

Coup d’état plan
He’s got a coup d’etat plan
Coup d’état plan
Oh, oh
Coup d’état plan
Prolapse tasted!

Baba O'Riley
The Who

Out here in the fields
I farm for my meals
I get my back into my living
I don't need to fight
To prove I'm right
I don't need to be forgiven

Don't cry
Don't raise your eye
It's only teenage wasteland

Sally, take my hand
Travel south cross land
Put out the fire
Don't look past my shoulder
The exodus is here
The happy ones are near
Let's get together
Before we get much older

Teenage wasteland
It's only teenage wasteland
Teenage wasteland
Oh, oh
Teenage wasteland
They're all wasted!

Ah yes.  The song everyone thinks is called Teenage Wasteland.

Regarding my "parody/concert" itinerary, I generally try to stick with whichever band wrote the original version.  In this case that would be The Who.  Regardless, how can you top a 1992 summer Vince Welnick... Baba O' Reilly > Tomorrow Never Knows stadium encore?  Oh that wailing voice and the tinny keyboards.

Truth be told, there are plenty of better encores.  But at the time it was extremely captivating.  Hey, I was 22 years old for dog sake!  Again, and regardless, I'm talkin' a Baba O'Reilly > Tomorrow Never Knows encore.  I'm talkin' a Who > Beatles segue.

And now we're talkin' a Tiffany Smiley > The Sorrow of Meadows encore!!!

Pump up the crowd > calm 'em down > send them home placated.

Wherever and however that may occur.
