Julian Lennon played the Burgh twice.  In 1985 and 1986.  Both times at the Syria Mosque.

A couple years ago, I penned a parody of his smash hit "Too Late For Goodbyes" #626.  So Great At Big Lies.

 

Believe it or not, I've actually seen him perform live in concert.  Some kind of quasi-mime/juggler opened.  Every time the guy dropped a tennis ball, bean bag or bowling pin or whatever... the crowd would boo relentlessly.  Ah, to witness the cauldron of hatred in Wheeling, West Virginia.  Circa the mid 80's of course.
