In typical Trumpian fashion, he refused to concede.  Surprised he didn't legally change his name to "Mayor Joe Arpaio."  Hey if you can't win at the ballot box, why not just say you won the election?  And whine.  And bitch.  And moan in perpetuity.  Sound familiar?
