So The Eagles were at PPG Paints Arena last night.  

Opening act Steely Dan canceled.  We zipped down and made a half-hearted effort but didn't score any tix.  Then it started to rain so we bolted.  We got home and joked about the notion of being trapped inside the arena.  Part of our usual "what if" scenarios.  And that was around 7:45pm.  The Eagles went on at 9:05pm.  The concert ended at 11:10pm.  I seriously doubt we would have made it... in the long run.

From 1972 to the present, The Eagles have played the Burgh a grand total of 16 times.  Only seen 'em once.  Scalped the living hell out if it.  I'll never forget them opening with Hotel California.
