Nate Paul, a real estate developer from Austin just got hit an 8 count indictment.  In a nutshell, Paul helped financially cover-up Paxton's extra-marital affair.  He paid for Paxton's bathroom and kitchen remodeling.  Made illegal contributions to Paxton's campaign.  And then bribed the Attorney General to prevent mass housing/apartment legal foreclosures.
