Fox News has a penchant for distorting and exaggerating their headlines.
Portland ICE building set on fire during Saturday night protest: reports
Rioters in Portland, Oregon, allegedly set fire to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building late Saturday night, according to videos posted on social media.
At first, I was like, holy shit! You take a quick glance at one of the photos from that night of domestic terrorism and wanton vandalism and think WTF! We must pray for our brave men and women of ICE, the courageous patriots of frozen H2O. Their headquarters is in ruins. Hope everyone made it out safe.
Then, you notice the quick walk back, and simple discrepancies with words like "reports" and "allegedly" and "according." (paying tribute to the literary inquisitiveness of those who frequent the Fox News website).
But then you scroll further down and realize that yesterday in the real Northwest...
... it was just a couple of celebratory skids. Or as they likely refer to them in Portlandia... palettes.
