Anyhoo, I googled Mehmet Oz to see what he's been up to. Imagine my chagrin to discover he penned a op-ed for the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. Most of it dealt with making a New Years resolution to maintain a healthy diet.
Oz recommends that you skip dessert after dinner. Otherwise, the sugar will turn on your insulin and make you hungry in the morning. A little ketosis (triggered by intermittent fasting) will knock out your cravings in the morning.
