#1032. Stephen Ross

It look like the Pixburgh Stillers are now the only NFL team with a black head coach.  The Texans fired David Culley and Dolphins owner Stephen Ross just fired Brian Flores.  But Flores "fired" back at Ross, who incidentally has a current net worth of 8.3 billion dollars.  Poor guy.

Former Coach Flores fires an "anti-tanking" missile.

Flores alleges that Ross wanted him to intentionally throw games so the Dolphins could move up in the draft.  And personally offered him a 100K per game to do so.  Damn!

Whatever.  It's merely the latest predictable scandal in the NFL.

But if you want a real NFL scandal, here's another NFL scandal.  Just sayin'.

* - Ah yes, the Monday Night Mud Bowl.  A torrential downpour delayed the start time for about half an hour.  A punt landed right in front of me and sunk straight into the mud.  In the waning seconds, the Steelers kicked a field goal and rallied to a thrilling 3-0 victory.

As an idiot teenager, I watched  a few episodes of Who's The Boss in prime time.  Never cared much for Mona, the sex-crazed grandmother.  Didn't care for Tony Danza or Judith Light either.  They all just struck me as predictably annoying.  Still do.
