You can honestly make the claim that Bucco Bob is the most reviled owner in Major League Baseball.  Perhaps in all of professional sports.  Now that's an ignominious distinction.  

Pittsburgh Post Gazette writer Joe Starkey came up with a good line that summarizes my hometown buddy.

Pure cheapness.  That about describes it.  Fans want their sports owners to treat their teams like an expensive hobby, not like a delicatessen.

Hey man, take it from a corned beef loving Jew.  Albeit a godless one.  One who used to frequent Rhoda's in Squirrel Hill.  One who craves Chompies in Arizona.  Bob doesn't necessarily treat his team like a deli.  But suffice it to say... "oy vey, does he eat alone (mark :54).  He doesn't even pass the salt."  Ketchup and mustard too for that matter as dollar hot dog night at PNC Park has come under intense budgetary scrutiny.
