South Dakota's Governor Kristi Noem?  I'm virtually certain that whoever wins the 2024 Republican primary (the Orange Prolapse, Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo, Ron DeSantis, even a Nikki Haley) will select her as their running mate.

I guarantee Noem will run in 2024.  She'll make a relatively big splash on the debate stage, get in a key few high profile jabs, raise some cash, and then quickly/discreetly bow out.  Much like her Democratic counterpart Senator Kamala Harris in 2020.
