Truth be told, the Orange Prolapse has had a contentious relationship with Governor Shit. 

Stitt believes there should be a "little stigma" attached to receiving food assistance, suggesting that relying on benefits should make recipients "embarrassed" like the days of picking up commodity cheese at food banks.
