#806. Tim Scott

If you've ever wondered about the "South Dark" Senatorial equivalent of Token...

Well fuck.  It's gotta be this guy.

(minus the fro)

Back here in the real world, all of the 2024 Republican presidential prospects have demonstrated an "absurd abundance of overwhelming deference" toward the Orange Prolapse.  They all say the same shit.  "If Trump were to run, I'd have to bow out."  Why?  Because they're terrified he'll destroy them.  Maybe conceive of a damaging nickname or accuse them of grift.  Meanwhile, Trump is physically fucking a porn star in Lake Tahoe while his wife is giving  birth to their only son.  Lest ye forget the "coup crap" and ongoing attempt to end Democracy.  Dear Dog!

But anyway (Blues Traveler sucks), you can't find a more congenial houseboy than Tim Scott (R-SC).

Now I'm not one to be judgmental.  But Republican politics in South Carolina is pretty fucked up.  You've got Senator Lindsey Graham, the closet homo.  Then there's former SC Governor and UN Ambassador Nikki "Chutney" Haley.  And what about Joe "You Lie" Wilson and the permanently conflicted Nancy Mace?  Don't forget Mark Sanford!  The Appalachian explorer... of South America.  And oh yeah, Jeff Duncan too.  Talk about a panoply of pathetic putzes.

Breaking News:  They're changing the South Carolina state motto from "Smiling Faces, Beautiful Places" to "Mental Cases, Critical Races."  Long overdue.

The Help>Slip>Frank second set opener from RFK circa the summer of '91.  Good stuff.  Strong first set as well.

Please do not share this material with Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) and/or former President Donald J. Trump.
