A couple days ago, the Orange Prolapse announced his intention to nominate Crain to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, to an unspecified seat.

Trump is suing the state of Louisiana for "promoting" creole cuisine which he claims is an attempt to undermine the success of famous restaurant chains like McDonald's and Burger King.

Perhaps Crain will eventually hear this landmark test case.
