#4120. San Franicsco's York

East Palestine, Ohio is back in the news!  But this time it's a "derailment" of a different kind. 

Last week, San Francisco 49ers (chapter 9) owner Jed York was taken into custody by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force. According to law enforcement affidavits, York used a prostitution website under the pseudonym "Joe" to arrange a meeting with an undercover officer. He agreed to pay $160 for an hour of services and drove to a specified mobile home park in East Palestine, where officers were waiting to arrest him.

 

York was initially charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Through a swift plea agreement negotiated the following morning, the prostitution charge was reduced. York pleaded no contest to:

Disorderly conduct
Possessing criminal tools

I'd like to know more about these "criminal tools."  If I had to hazard a guess, my hunch is these tools start with the letter "d" and end with the letter "o."
