According to my cursory research, Mario Judah has performed live only one time.  At the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami back in 2020.  At the 2019 Rolling Loud, there were multiple human stampedes on both nights.  

Details of the incidents:

• Day 1 Incident (May 10, 2019): A major panic occurred on the first night of the festival during Cardi B's headlining set. The chaos was reportedly caused by false rumors of an active shooter, which led thousands of attendees to flee the area, jump fences, and result in several injuries. Some reports also linked the panic to fireworks or a brawl.
• Day 2 Incident (May 11, 2019): A second, smaller incident occurred during Travis Scott's performance. A lawsuit filed by an injured concertgoer, Marchelle Love, in 2020 (amended in 2022) alleged that Scott ignored police orders to stop his performance and continued to "verbally and physically incite the crowd to engage in a mosh pit and other hazardous activities," which caused a stampede and severe injuries.
