I honestly don't believe that nearly half the country are complete imbeciles.  It's more like 10-15% with the gullibility/desperation factor.  And another 20-25% just along for the ride.  Seriously, at this point, most of the establishment Republicans just don't have anywhere to go.  And they know this.  But can't acknowledge it because Trump has trapped in a negative feedback loop of cult worship, asinine denial and abject stupidity.

What's even worse is the percentage of "normal Americans" who are still trying to make rational sense of the MAGA (bowel) movement and the Orange Prolapse.  NOT GOOD!
