#741. Little Thing

Idaho's Brad Little is your typical conservative Republican Governor.

Little corrals the limited attention span of the Orange Prolapse.  Hey, that's no small feat.

 

He's pro-gun, pro-life, small government, loves tax cuts, anti-immigration, etc.  He's also in a contentious battle with his Lt. Governor Janice McGeachin.  And lately, she's been strategizing.  Plotting to primary him in 2022.  Janice is making increasingly desperate appeals to the Trumpy wing, hardcore right primary voters of the Gem State.

 

Apparently, McGeachin enjoys driving around in a monster truck draped in the American flag... while simultaneously posing with a glock and a bible.  Yep, seems about right.

Jimi Hendrix showed up in Pittsburgh only once.  On June 25, 1970 at the Stanley Theater (now the Benedum Center).  At the time, my mother was 8 months pregnant... with me.  While I'm not absolutely certain, I can't fathom her, or my father for that matter,  hitting up a rock concert that late in her pregnancy.  Maybe if it was Pavarotti.
