#787. Jersey Jack

In the waning days of the New Jersey Governor's race, Republican Jack Ciatarelli just got a huge endorsement from the "Family Policy Alliance."  Whoopity-do.

Hmm, encouraging parents to beat their kids, anti-homo-awareness programs, and straight up pro-life demented propaganda  in cases of rape, incest, and life of the mother.  Yeah... I'm sure that'll sell in the Garden State.

Probably the dumbest campaign slogan since "I Like Ike."  Then again, Eisenhower actually won.

Jersey Jack
sonfsaf

Strife, E-Liz-A-Beth decay
Praising Trump in every way
Donald’s wife’s a god damn MILF
Chris Christie’s will make you ralph

Insurrection you’ll relive
Politics so combative
Campaign contribution glee
Show me what you got for me

God the time has come for me
Donations will set you free
Fuck the cost, let’s seal the deal
Time has come to stop the steal

Cross the Hudson there you’ll be
In the big New York City
Orange Prolapse defecation
He will shit, in port-a-jon

You vote for me, Orange Prolapse smells, doesn't smell great
Machines in sync, sync’n makes Timberlake cry

Coup d’etat dreams the insurrection persisted
Defy the norm, will of the people deny
Deny

Fade To Black
Metallica

Life, it seems, will fade away
Drifting further every day
Getting lost within myself
Nothing matters, no one else

I have lost the will to live
Simply nothing more to give
There is nothing more for me
Need the end to set me free

Things not what they used to be
Missing one inside of me
Deathly lost, this can't be real
Cannot stand this hell I feel

Emptiness is filling me
To the point of agony
Growing darkness taking dawn
I was me, but now he's gone

No one but me can save myself, but it's too late
Now I can't think, think why I should even try

Yesterday seems as though it never existed
Death greets me warm, now I will just say goodbye
Goodbye

Easily one of my all-time Metallica favorites.  I prefer the ballads that inevitably end heavy.  "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)" is the other obvious killer.
