#753. Hey, Facebookin'

Mankind is smack dab in the middle of a volatile progression in the realm of generational warfare.  But nobody's talking about it.  Except me I guess.  It's all grounded in real-time disinformation.  Both deliberate and unintentional.  Using information to indiscriminately kill and maim people.  As opposed to conventional weaponry (bullets, bombs, knives, etc.).

It's the fundamental reason why the Orange Prolapse was suspended from twitter and facebook.  Consider the "wild" social media build-up to the January 6, 2021 domestic terrorist incident.  Horsey and Fuckerburg are afraid their platforms will be used to kill again... again.  Liability's a bitch, eh?  Hmm, so's undiscussibility.

I got much of this right about a decade ago.  You know, this whole "killing without weapons" thingy.  But I never really gave much thought to the political construct --- using emotionally charged rhetoric and hate speech to program individuals and incite a mob.  I also didn't consider the prospect of anti-vax disinformation contributing to a global pandemic.  Instead I was preoccupied with the notion of artificially generated stampedes impacting stadiums and ballparks.  The induction of mass panic via exponential, decentralized wireless contamination (hoax bomb threats, phony evac orders, celebrity sightings, free merchandise, take your pick).

Maybe Kimberly Gunt-Oil got it right after all.  The best, is yet, to cum!

Hank Williams Sr.

Say hey, good lookin' - what ya got cookin'?
How's about cooking somethin' up with me?
Hey, sweet baby - don't you think maybe
We can find us a brand new recipe?

I got a hot rod Ford, and a two dollar bill
And I know a spot right over the hill
There's soda pop and the dancing's free
So if you wanna have fun, come along with me

Say hey, good lookin' - what ya got cookin'?
How's about cooking somethin' up with me?

I'm free and ready, so we can go steady.
How's about saving all your time for me?
No more lookin' - I know I been tookin'
Hows about keepin' steady company?

I'm gonna throw my date book over the fence
And buy me one for five or ten cents
I'll keep it till it's covered with age
Cause I'm writin' your name down on every page

Say hey, good lookin' - what ya got cookin'?
How's about cooking somethin' up with me?

Hiram "Hank" Williams Sr. died in 1953.  Long before I was born.  However, his son Junior has played the Burgh a grand total of 17 times.  I saw him perform at Jambo some 20 years ago.  But my most vivid memories stem from Star Lake when he co-headlined a bill with Lynyrd Skynyrd.  Plenty of drunken fisticuffs and crimson bloodshed.  The parking lot looked like a scene out of Braveheart.

Please do not share this material with facebook CEO Mark Zuckerburg.
