#460. While A.G. Barr Is A Creep

Remember the infamous Trump tweets directed at Obama...

 

 

Talk about a classic case of projection.  Now it looks like Congress wants to know how the Trump administration was able to spy on Democratic members of Congress and high profile journalists.  And how the Orange Prolapse was able to squash probing eyes and hypothetical investigations with a series of weaponized, judicial gag orders.  Hopefully, Trump's favorite scapegoat Jeff Sessions will be forced to testify.  Followed by heavyweight Bill Barr.  That's the progression I'd seek.

From the outset, Nancy Pelosi needs to frame the argument as follows.  All of these individuals must testify...  NOW.   Not months or years from now.  NOW.   During the previous administration, we witnessed that Trump's inner gang will stall and delay by any means possible.  Or simply refuse a congressional subpoena from the outset.  Moving forward, for congressional oversight to function effectively, we need real-world, real-time government accountability.  

So were they all complicit or merely oblivious and incompetent?  Also, make sure to insinuate that they're cowardly attempting to conceal layers of corruption.  Exactly what are they hiding?  Make sure to throw out the "domino" analogy and then immediately segue into 2020 federal election interference in various states (Arizona, Georgia, etc.).
