#175. Romney Imbecile

I've never really felt that "inner contempt" for Mitt Romney.  Yeah, in 2012 when he was running against Obama, I named my downstairs toilet "Romney."  

(Just for the record, I do not condone of carpeted bathrooms.)

But as far as that intrinsic, visceral hatred goes, it's just difficult to summon the requisite abhorrence.  Sure, he's the 5th wealthiest member of Congress (174 million).  Sure, his California home is equipped with a "car elevator."  Sure, when vacationing, he puts his dog on the roof of their SUV in a pet carrier.  And yeah, there was the time he wanted to bet Rick Perry $10,000 when they were sparring over health care.

 

But none of that stuff makes me hate the guy.  I just consider him to be more of an "out of touch, cunt-tree club Republican" type.  Like I was saying, although he had a distinguished career at Bain Capital, he's simply not the bane of my existence.  Thus not worthy of my particular brand of focused rage and extreme venom.

Nevertheless, I thought I'd assign him one of the heaviest thrash songs ever written.  A song that pretty much set the stage for all of the future death metal bands.  Seems like a good fit.
