#235. Louie Louie

Louie Gohmert (R-TX) has been a Congressman since 2005.  

He represents a rural swath of territory in Eastern Texas along the Louisiana border.  It's not my intention to sound overly judgemental.  But based on voter preference, this might possibly be the physical location of the dumbest population in the entire United States.  A regional haven for the mindless and ignorant.  After reading about the Gohmert's extensive political highlight reel, it's the only logical conclusion one can reach.

My "Louie Louie" parody was intended as a referendum on the Derek Chauvin murder/torture trial which just commenced in Minneapolis.  Suffice it to say, in the racially turbo-charged trial of the new decade, Gohmert would quickly come to the defense of Chauvin's shin.

Louie x2 has been covered by countless bands.  But the original Kingsmen's 1963 version was a little before my time.  Negative seven years to be precise.
