#163. To Describe The Laws Of Sedition

The 1.9 trillion "covid relief" package lumbers through Congress while Fox News debates the finer points of cancel culture and Dr. Seuss, gender identification and androgynous root vegetables.

(Hasbro should release a limited edition John Bolton Potato Head)

Judge Jeanine Pirro is trying to give him a misterectomy.  Yep, sounds about right.

Democrats need to start referring to the stimulus bill... as the survival bill.  Not stimulus checks.  Survival checks.  Keep the messaging simple and straightforward.

I also like using the jargon "Kill Bill" as most Americans are familiar with the Quentin Tarantino's film series.  Personally speaking, I've never seen any of them.  But top Dems should come out and say, "The Republicans are trying to pass their version of a "kill bill" (as in they want to kill Americans through inadequate Covid funding, further corporate deregulation, maintaining the status quo with the minimum wage, scaling back climate initiatives, zero policing reforms, and so on and so forth).

Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Kamala Harris & Joe Biden ---  Repeat after me: Democrats are trying to pass a survival bill.  While the Republicans are gunning for a "kill bill."

This is one of my better parodies.  Touches on a bunch of different themes.  Covid, fear, racism, greed, information warfare, artificially generated stampedes... all in the quest to justify the acquisition of power and control.  I think Les Claypool would approve.  Well, maybe not "approve."  But I doubt he'd be entirely offended.

To Describe The Laws Of Sedition

What if Covid never came ‘round here?
But we all paid for Covid fear?
Who would laugh the loudest jeer?
The virus,

Or humans.
Why does Tim Scott think he’s white?
Blacker than the dead of night.
But to pledge his color to the far right.

Let’s replace all of the crowns.
To describe the laws of sedition.
It's a cascade info tsunami.
Innocent humans,

Well come on down.
A Price is Right showcase throwdown.
Put down the phones,
They will knock you down

Some other way.
We will blunder.
The game of show and tell.

To Defy The Laws Of Tradition
Primus

What if Christmas didn't come this year?
And no one paid for Christmas cheer?
Who would cry the biggest tear?
The child,

Or the store.
Why do brides wear virgin white?
Most do not reserve that right.
But to choose a color of they're delight.

Would surely bring on the frowns.
To defy the laws of tradition.
It's a crusade only of the brave.
Suppose the tax man,

He comes to town.
And you don't lay your money down.
Yet Mr. Jones,
He killed Mr. Brown

The other day.
Well I wonder.
Who's gonna go to Hell?
