U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ordered the release of a Bill Barr memo used to justify the non-prosecution of the Orange Prolapse regarding his first impeachment.  Other than further diminishing Barr's stained  reputation, I doubt it will amount to much.  But it can't hurt.
