#377. Supporters Of Fauci

Republican leadership and Fox News seem dedicated to targeting Dr. Anthony Fauci, the chief medical officer to President Joe Biden.  Because if they can just get rid of him, then it will irrevocably cure the Chinavirus.  Obviously.

I'm guessing they're still pissed off that Fauci didn't push for universal hydroxychloroquine, bleach injections, and the insertion of synthetic beams/pulses of light (via the asshole).  Is it any wonder that Fauci's the problem?  Hey, let's be honest here.  Fauci's a stinging, painful reminder of the time when Trump pretended to play doctor.  Hint: he's not a doctor (thank Dog)... but he plays one on tv.

Dedicated to "Cousin Annie" over in Ohio.  She gave Mason this aberrant magnet.

We are supporters of Fauci
Thinking about what went wrong
The Orange Prolapse was a jerk
Thank God he doesn’t wear a thong!

We are supporters of Fauci
Thinking about what went wrong
We also can’t stand Tom Cotton

Couple of Grouches
Sesame Street

We are a couple of grouches
Singing a wonderful song
Some of the notes are just perfect
But some of the notes are all wrong!

La la-la la-la-la
La la-la la-la-la
La la-la la-la-la la-la!

We are a couple of grouches
Singing a wonderful song
Proud if you say it is rotten
And happy if you sing along!

La la-la la-la-la la-la!

In 1988, Donald Trump was parodied on Sesame Street as Ronald Grump, a rich Grouch who approached Oscar about building his new "Grump Tower" on Oscar's property.

In 1994, news anchor Barbara Walters revisited the semi-fictitious scenario.  She issued a warning about the potential demise of Sesame Street.

“Real estate tycoon Ronald Grump has announced plans to demolish Sesame Street and create a lavish new Grump Tower."

In 2018, the Trump budget aimed to axe government funding for PBS which would've essentially ended the children's education show.  This forced Sesame Street to go to HBO for financial backing.  Somehow, it managed to survive.

I just find it interesting that some obscure, clever comedy footage from over 3 decades ago, would resurface and become a painful reality decades later.  All that time, the emotionally damaging wounds to Trump's ego must have been festering.  Contributing to the Orange Prolapse holding a deep grudge against young children who've historically benefited from the policies of a humane government (promoting and funding music, the arts, education and humanities, etc.).

Merely speculating here, but I'd be willing to wager that the entire Sesame Street saga played a substantive role in shaping Trump's psyche and the administration policy and procedures along the Southern border.  Just something to consider.

Feel free to share this information with Dr. Anthony Fauci and/or fans of Sesame Street.
