The Orange Prolapse has proclaimed that April 2, 2025 will be LIBERATION DAY. Hooray.
That's the date when Trump's beloved tariffs go into effect. Every company will feel the impact.
Well, except Tesla.
Spotted outside PNC Park. Curious to see if this Mr. Bun Bun Dump in the Holiday Inn Express parking lot on Federal St."survives" 'til opening day (4-4-25 vs. the New York Yankees). | |
The media keeps talking about the precise moment when the country will become mired in a "constitutional crisis." Here's my take.
When a reporter or journalist is permitted to go on live television and speculate about the pivotal moment when...
Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller took Trump aside and told him... "From a presidential legacy perspective, there's only one viable path forward if you wish to avoid being labeled a clown. And that's to kill and/or imprison your enemies, both foreign and domestic, and inflict as much suffering, misery and emotional distress as is humanly possible. If you achieve this objective, history will never refer to you or your administration as "clowns."
If and when this narrative is permitted on the news, then you'll know there's a constitutional crisis.
Liberation Day
sonofsaf
The Orange Prolapse defiling
His asshole keeps on widening
Trump’s wet dream honeymoon is a piece of shit shitshow
And The Donald’s always pouting
Never winning always losing
And his son-in-law’s a gay damn Jew
Ivanka’s gonna blow
Why, why, why’s Trump so crappy
Helluva groin needs fanned
Stormy romanced his mushroom liberation
Lustful sin’s in hot demand
He fears the fake news always
Y-no chromosome a no-win
Christian blunder who is not devout
A Big Mac clown and more
A syndrome down Bat Boy Bites Back
Shitshow of show’n tell
Melania her pussy
Slovenians sure do smell
Why, why, why’s Trump so crappy
Helluva groin needs fanned
Stormy romanced his mushroom liberation
Lustful sin’s in hot demand
Donald’s a stain upon the nation
On a Lake Tahoe vacation
Bad advice display it ain’t fair
Piece of shit and fuckin’ whore. All that jazz!
His tiny cock’s gonna bring despair
Butt Viagra makes it stronger
Classified bullshit and documents
Insurrection plans well known, fuck yeah
Why, why, why’s Trump so crappy
Helluva groin needs fanned
Stormy romanced his mushroom liberation
Lustful sin’s in hot demand
Celebration Day
Led Zeppelin
Her face is cracked from smiling
All the fears that she's been hiding
And it seems pretty soon everybody's gonna know
And her voice is sore from shouting
Cheering winners who are losing
And she worries if their days are few
And soon they'll have to go
My, my, my, I'm so happy
I'm gonna join the band
We' gonna dance and sing in celebration
We are in the promised land
She hears them talk of new ways
To protect the home she lives in
Then she wonders what it's all about
When they break down the door
Her name is Brown or White or Black
You know her very well
You hear her cries of mercy
As the winners toll the bell
My, my, my, I'm so happy
I'm gonna join the band
We' gonna sing and dance in celebration
We are the promised land
There is a train that leaves the station
Heading for your destination
But the price you pay to nowhere
Has increased a dollar more. Yes, it has!
And if you walk you're gonna get there
Though it takes a little longer
And when you see it in the distance
You will wring your hands and moan, oh, yeah
If you walk you're gonna get there
Though it takes a little longer
And when you see it in the distance
You will wring your hands
This song's definitely in my Zeppelin Top 10.
From 1970 to 1975, Led Zeppelin played the Burgh 3 times. A little before my concert-going days.
Led Zeppelin-oriented concerts:
3-25-95, Jimmy Page & Robert Plant, Civic Arena, Pittsburgh, PA
6-28-00, Jimmy Page w/ The Black Crowes, Post-Gazette Pavilion, Burgettstown, PA
... and the occasional Zeppelin Tribute band at a club along with a couple of Jason Bonham concerts at Star Lake.
Speaking
of Bonham, he's coming to Wheeling West by D-g Virginia on May 7. His
band's gonna play Physical Graffiti in its entirety at the Capitol. I have an unusually vivid recollection from 1990. The first time I listened to that tape in its entirety, start to finish, while simultaneously reading the book Midnight Express in the Lot 12 parking booth near the Capitol. The two were a match made in heaven. Highly recommend trying it.
Then, May 8 is AC/DC at Acrid Turd Stadium.
A lengthy, meandering Dump on West General Robinson Ave. |
And May 9 is Filter at Jergel's in Warrendale. Filter was really underrated. Regardless, that's a pretty cool 3 day stretch of shows.
