Bennie Thompson (R-MS), in conjunction with the NAACP,  just filed a civil suit against the Orange Prolapse and his ex-attorney Rudy "The Paint-Faced Dumbshit" Giuliani.  They're alleging that Trump, along with white supremacist groups, The Proud Boys and The Oathkeepers, conspired to incite a riot at the U.S. Capitol.

Hank Johnson (D-GA) and Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ) intend to join the lawsuit as plaintiffs.
